Chef Emmanuelle Malibert, specialised in French cuisine, at ‘Brasserie- Restaurant Atmosphère’ she proposes a fusion of various cuisines. These include French classics made with local products to guarantee freshness and quality. In addition to the produce from Valencia, French specialties are also sourced from local and trusted producers in the area around the chef’s hometown, located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Emmanuelle offers a distinctive gastronomy that is inspired by the authentic essence of nouvelle cuisine. Here, you can savour healthy and attractive dishes that have flavour and identity.

Emmanuelle Malibert’s recipes are the result of the culinary curiosity of a tireless traveller, who enjoys savouring the specialties of each place. She has discovered the cultural richness of people, foods and landscapes in her travels and as a result has created this ‘world cuisine’.  The creative process that materialises in her recipes comes from her ability to discover the cultural richness of people, landscapes and ingredients with which she creates her ‘World Cuisine with a French touch’. This combination of flavours, spices, and ingredients really is a note to multiculturalism with an original and personal touch. Her creative process with cooking is an experience which is continuously evolving as she updates and adapts her recipes. Emmanuelle shares a healthy cuisine of balanced foods and recipes that take care of health but also provide enjoyment, recipes to inspire lifestyle habits that are as healthy as they are succulent.

Since the opening of Atmosphère in January 2007, they have pursued their objective: to offer cuisine based on trust in the quality of the product, to create healthy, original and of course, tasty food. It is located in the Botanical District of Valencia and very near the Historic Centre of Valencia, in front of the Botanical Gardens of Valencia. Indeed, the restaurant is just a stone’s throw from the Torres de Quart. In addition, they offer services for special private events and dinners. Take away and home delivery is available too, using the Glovo App.

Their proposal is to create and present a cuisine with identity.  This is a gastronomic encounter and cultural enrichment through the mixing and modernisation of traditional recipes and dishes,with a touch from different continents, that is coherent but surprising. Atmosphère is a meeting point of culture through gastronomy, for imaginative  and well-travelled people who want to feel at home. On 31 May, you can enjoy live acoustic  music to accompany your dinner from 8pm onwards.
