At the first-ever ‘Mahou Pizzas Fest’ at the Marina of Valencia, nearly 19,000 gathered to discover and rate different pizzas from chefs and their restaurants all over the city. After three days of tasting, the people voted, and ‘Mamma Pazzo’ was named the best pizzeria in all of Valencia. Chef Sergio Paolini and his team put out their two best pizzas in hopes of garnering attention and votes, deciding on their “Parma e Sole” and “Bravíssima” to wow the crowds.

The “Parma e Sole” gets its unique flavors from Parma ham, stracciatella, and lime zest. These savory notes pair well with Paolini’s “Bravíssima”, whose distinct, smoky but sweet flavors arise from two different types of cheese, a mozzarella and a scamorza, as well as peppers and the Brava Secreta Hot & Sweet sauce. After the fest, which took place from May 23 to May 25, the Mamma Pazzo team has recently made these pizzas available for all to enjoy at their restaurant located at Conde Salvatierra, 37, Valencia.
