##Fashion and design with social and environmental awareness in Valencia

‘Fashion S.O.Stenible Fashion Flash 3.0’ is an event with fashion firms and designers who are committed to sustainability in their creations.

On June 15^th,  a pioneering event in Valencia dedicated to sustainable fashion will be held at ‘Playground Art Center’.

The event, sponsored by Turia and Tarongino beer, includes fashion shows by designers and firms that will present their creations in sustainable fashion: new products, upcycling and vintage, presentations by professionals with round table, showroom, POP UP stores and live music. It will bring professionals, companies and the public closer to fashion trends that are committed to sustainability.

The event thus aims to promote individual and business responsibility and promote more responsible consumption. The objective is also to support local companies that consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, community and environment, as well as to encourage support among creatives, industry professionals and consumers.

Moda S.O.Stenible presents Concaos, Cristina Balaguer, Vicristal, Jtk Couture and Sidikai as emerging designers. Dalua Reluce, Upcyclick, Santo Spirito Vintage and Caramboo will show on the catwalk their latest proposals from Upcycling & Vintage.  EASD will be involved too. As guest speakers they will have Clara Viguer, former teacher of the sustainable fashion master in EASD and Gloria Gubianas, co-founder of Hemper and nominated female entrepreneur of the year in Spain. There will also be present Freya Cristiansen and her project SlowFashionStore. During the day there will be a space of POP UP stores and showroom with a variety of brands of accessories, jewellery, crafts and children’s fashion. Inma Carpena, a Valencian designer, is the talent behind the illustration of the official poster.

‘Playground Art Center’ is a space dedicated to art, culture and education. The mission of the center is to create a platform that allows its partners, creative artists and clients to collaborate and create community. These projects that are innovative and present an agenda with a philosophy and values ​​aligned to those of the Playground Arts Center.
