The outstanding Brazilian singer, guitarist and composer returns to Valencia as part of her 2024 European tour. She will perform her only show in the provincial capital at the Matisse Club. The artist, a former resident of the city, built her career here, embellishing our neighbourhoods with her Brazilian voice and music over the course of 7 years.
Thaïs has released 3 albums and has performed shows and workshops in more than 50 cities in 14 countries, including the opening concert for ‘Toquinho and Maria Creuza’ (Concerts de Vivers, 2016). After receiving the “Prêmio Grão de Música” trophy for the song “Navega” (São Paulo/Brazil, 2022), her latest single “Lua Vai Lua Vem” (Tratore, 2023) has conquered a place on various Spotify publishing playlists and was released as the opening song for the album “Women of the World”, on the Putumayo label (USA, 8 March 2024).
On this occasion, she is accompanied by her Valencian band: Mariano Steimberg (drums), Ales Cesarini (bass), plus guest artists, and will perform a repertoire from her 3 albums.
