During the ten days of Valencia Cuina Oberta-Restaurant Week, Valencia’s most renowned establishments prepare their gastronomic proposals for 24 euros for lunch and 32 euros for dinner, drinks not included. In the last edition, Valencia’s gourmet restaurants launched their menus for 39 euros for lunch and 47 euros for dinner, drinks not included. Valencia Cuina Oberta is a unique opportunity to enjoy haute cuisine at the best price.”

“Since its launch in 2009, Valencia Cuina Oberta Restaurant Week has been promoted and organised by Visit València, the organisation that promotes tourism in the city, and Delicius València, the brand that represents the gastronomy of the city and the province of València at national and international level.”

“The mechanics are simple: a week before the start of each edition, Visit València opens the booking period and publishes the list of participating restaurants and the menus offered by each of them on the website. From that moment on, all you have to do is select a restaurant, or better still, a few restaurants, and follow the simple steps laid down by Valencia Cuina Oberta to make your reservation.”

“There are usually two editions of Valencia Cuina Oberta-Restaurant Week every year, in spring and autumn. They usually take place in the months of June and November, depending on the city’s agenda during those months.”

“Valencia Cuina Oberta-Restaurant Week covers the whole of Valencia, as there are participating establishments in the main tourist and residential areas of the city. The Carmen neighbourhood, the Ensanche, Ruzafa, the beach… The list of restaurants is no less than 50 and the address and location of all of them is provided on the Valencia Cuina Oberta website in each edition, next to the booking tab.”
