Spirit, magic, soul and heart. Thats what it’s all about. Drummer, composer and leader Franklin Kiermyer imprints on his band these concepts that make it possible to reach a certain ecstasy when the listener receives the impact of this music and gets carried away by it. By his side, as an indispensable part of this special quartet is pianist Davis Whitfield. They are the soul of this formation, for which they have gone through great figures of international jazz, and which counts for their European tour with two figures of contemporary French jazz: the saxophonist Boris Blanchet and the bassist Giraud Portal, all of them virtuosos magnetized by their unique devotion to this power of music, specifically chosen for this tour.
