The Viveros Concerts known as ‘Concerts de Vivers’ will embody the very essence of musical diversity, with a music style or genre for everyone. With its rich lineup and picturesque setting, this music festival promises to deliver an unforgettable summer music experience as part of Valencia’s Feria de Julio.
The Viveros Concerts will begin in about a month’s time on Saturday the 1st of July with 18 musical performances of varied styles and artists. The season will kick start with captivating performances by La Fúmiga, Miki Núñez, and Colomet. Spanning three weeks until Sunday July the 23rd, audiences will have the pleasure of experiencing the talent of both international icons like Tini, Fito Páez, and The Waterboys, as well as esteemed national artists including Lola Índigo, Rozalén, and Mónica Naranjo. Additionally, Valencian artists such as Pep Gimeno “Botifarra” and Auxili will grace the stage. The closing event ‘Poetas del Rock’ will feature M Clan, Los Enemigos, and Ana Curra.
On Wednesday the 12th of July, Madrid-based band Los Secretos will take to the stage, performing as a sextet. On the 13th, singer-songwriter Sofía Ellar will grace the Conciertos de Viveros with her Libre tour. The following day on the 14th, two of the most prominent groups in urban and pop music, Cupido and Trashi, will share the spotlight. On the 15th, talented multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Jacob Collier will arrive in Valencia from London.The weekend will come to a close on Sunday the 16th, with the avant-garde Asturian folklore of Rodrigo Cuevas and the fusion of jazz, pop, and singer-songwriter styles brought by Puerto Rican artist Gabriel Ríos.
The Viveros Concerts will continue with a captivating lineup, featuring a diverse range of artists. Guitarricadelafuente will re-launch the season on the 17th, blending traditional languages with contemporary sounds. Laura Pergolizzi, also known as LP, will make her Valencia debut on the 18th with her acclaimed pop-rock style. Rozalén will return for a special concert on the 19th, joined by Pep Gimeno “Botifarra”, a prominent figure in Valencian vocal tradition. The season will also include performances by Alborosie & The Shengen Clan, Auxili, La La Love You, Nena Daconte, Mónica Naranjo, and The Waterboys.
As is the case every year, the festival embraces a diverse range of styles, including pop, rock, jazz, folk, reggae, and the latest urban music trends. Moreover, these live performances will unfold in a remarkable location nestled in the heart of the city: the Jardines del Real. an enchanting green space in the Viveros Gardens that holds significant cultural and historical value, providing an immersive experience combining culture and nature. The venue will feature artificial grass, a gastronomic area, and bicycle racks.
