With Saint Patrick’s day having just passed, we’ve decided to take a look at some of Ireland’s hidden embassies all over Valencia. For good craic and an evening to remember, check out one of these  spots.

In the centre of Valencia, we recommend is Finnegan’s of Dublin, a perfectly located pub in Plaza de La Reina. Finnegan’s is the oldest established Irish pub and developed to replicate the essence of Irish culture and hospitality. This spot is a great choice for dinner and/or drinks with events happening every week. Firstly, Saint Martin’s Urban Irish is a modern approach to the Irish pub experience. Located between Plaza de Ayuntamiento and Plaza de La Reina, Saint Martin’s is a decent walking distance from most event hubs in the city. For an evening focused on sports and specialty beer, check out this spot right in the centre of town.

The next spot is St. Patrick’s Irish Bar, located near the city centre on Gran Via del Marqués del Turia. This bar is perfect for meeting a range of people from all over the world as it is notable among València’s University crowd. This establishment is Irish owned and has built itself up over two decades in the city. From billiards in the back to the crowd spilling out of the front, St. Patrick’s will be a good time on any night.

Irish Pub Mulligan’s is a lively and welcoming pub that brings a slice of Ireland to the heart of Valencia. What sets it apart is its cuisine fusion with dishes from Ireland to the Mediterranean coast, you’ll get a taste from two sides of the world. For food, drinks, music, sports, and fun, visit the Cabanyal neighborhood and try out The Market Bar.

Saints and Scholars sits in the east, near the University epicentre of Valencia. This Irish owned pub guarantees great food, drinks, and a first-rate cultural experience. Saints and scholars is extremely popular in the Irish Expat community and you’re sure to strike up a conversation with an Irishman or two when you visit.
