First Course (Prologue)
The emotion and majesty of Spanish classical music connect us with our roots with every note and every silence. Music by M. de Falla, I. Albéniz, J. Turina, E. Granados or J. Rodrigo, performed by JR Martín Díaz on piano, with surprise guests.
Second Course
A careful selection of cheeses and Iberian cured meats presented by PataPuerca, where each flavour tells a story of origin, tradition, and excellence.
Third Course
The power of flamenco jazz: roots, innovation, and contemporary expression in a vibrant show featuring the great Álex Conde; Valencian pianist, composer, and arranger, an international reference in the genre. His music arises from the dialogue between classical, popular, and contemporary jazz, shaping a unique identity that has resonated on stages around the world.
An experience that is not explained, it is lived and felt. Gastronomy, tradition, and Iberian avant-garde on the same stage, created for those who value authenticity and enjoy the extraordinary.
