24/7 Valencia: Please tell us about your experience as a make-up artist.
Madalina: I’ve been working professionally as a makeup artist since 2017, and my experience has been wonderfully diverse. I’ve had the chance to work on everything from bridal makeup to photoshoots, theatre productions and movies. Each experience has taught me something new — not just about technique, but also about people, creativity, and confidence.
What make-up services do you provide in Valencia? Are you available in the city and the region? Yes, I’m based in Valencia and offer a full range of makeup services at the client’s location across the city and entire province. I work with clients for weddings, events, photo shoots and more. My approach is all about enhancing natural beauty both on camera and in person. I also offer personalized self- makeup lessons for anyone interested in learning how to apply makeup with confidence and ease in their daily routine.
How do you find Valencia as a place to live and work? I love it. Valencia feels like the perfect blend of strong community and international vibe. Being surrounded by so much beauty helps fuel my creativity every day.
What can you bring to the table in terms of providing the best make-up for an individual customer? What is your philosophy regarding make-up? My philosophy is simple: makeup should enhance who you are, not transform you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all beauty — every face tells a different story, and my job is to listen and highlight the features that make someone unique. I work closely with each client to understand their style, skin, and vision. Whether it’s a bold look or something soft and natural, I focus on making people feel comfortable, confident, and like the best version of themselves. To me, makeup is not just about technique; it’s also about trust and connection.
Please tell us something about yourself, your interests and hobbies. Outside of makeup, I’m passionate about art, photography, and film. I find a lot of inspiration in visual storytelling — whether through movies, photography, or even the small details of everyday life. I love discovering new places, travelling when I can, and learning about different cultures and their beauty rituals. While I’m not particularly outdoorsy, I do enjoy relaxing by the beach with a good coffee or simply unwinding with a great film. For me, creativity isn’t limited to work — it’s a way of observing and connecting with the world around me.
