#Looking for an evening with top-notch food, entertainment and atmosphere? Well, look no further than Valencia’s Hard Rock Cafe!

Far from your ordinary restaurant, this establishment offers a classy dining experience with a unique approach, which is its rock and roll style. Everything from the menus to the bar to the wash rooms are decorated in and inspired by rock music. Whether it be the mirrors shaped like guitar plectrums or the food and drink named after iconic songs, the spirit of rock and roll oozes from every aspect of the restaurant.

If the decorations alone weren’t enough, you’re bound to be fascinated by the historic musical memorabilia that can be found in abundance throughout the building. Nearly every single wall is home to an artefact from rock and roll history, making it a pleasure to wander about the restaurant and admire the displays of musical icons throughout time. Listing every item on show is worthy of an article itself but Black Sabbath’s (signed) drum-kit and Dolly Parton’s leopard-print dress to name a few should convey the legendary status of memorabilia on show.

Situated in centre of their downstairs seating area, they also have a stage where they host regular live musical performances, and on the night of our visit we were treated to a two-man show… covering iconic tunes like ‘Purple Rain’ and ‘Wonderwall.’

The reason behind our particular visit was to experience their exclusive Thanksgiving Dinner menu, a traditional festive meal served only over the Thanksgiving weekend. The menu consists of slow-cooked turkey breast, roasted vegetables, stuffing, sweet potato mash, cranberry sauce and gravy, with classic pumpkin pie for desert. Additionally, 10% of each sale went to NGO Casa Caridad, a charity that works with the homeless and underprivileged in Valencia.
