Get ready for an incredible lineup of talented artists this June at Loco Club Valencia, where Valencian music meets fresh international sounds. Loco Club hosts concerts, DJ sessions and performances all year round. This month, prepare to be blown away as the club showcases a range of talented artists who are sure to leave the audience in awe.
Thursday, 1 June – Intraperlo and Helen Helen
The Valencian band Intraperlo present their first full-length album “OVNIs”, full of visceral and romantic rock. Opening the night is Helen Helen, the tandem made up of Honor (vocals and guitar) and Monty (drums) who deliver honky tonk in spades.
Friday, 2 June – La Granja
The Mallorcans, La Granja, return with their power pop with influences of 60’s English pop, 70’s glam rock, 80’s new wave and new American rock. The band was established in 1986 by Guillermo Porcel (vocals), Carlos Garau (bass), Miguel Gibert (drums), and Kiko Riera (guitar). Their formation came about when they emerged victorious in the “Palma de Mallorca” Pop-Rock contest. In 1989, they welcomed Pablo Ochando (guitar, keyboards) into their ranks. Loco Club will see them play their most famous hits.

Various artists will be performing throughout June including Scarlet Rivera (Rolling Thunder Review) and Victoria Lerma, punk and rock and roll band Off! and Handsome Jack. The Nashville songwriter Nikki Lane will be presenting her new album, “Denim & Diamonds” on 22 June, which draws on her wide range of influences: from the psychedelia of “The 13th Floor Elevators” to traditional country stalwarts like Loretta Lynn. Produced by Josh Homme (Queens of The Stone Age), the album reflects on Lane’s first decade as a songwriter while tracing her family origins, from her religiously-marked youth in South Carolina to Nashville Rebel.
