As we reach the halfway point of summer, ‘Orobianco’ welcomes the most festive month of the year with an extensive calendar of activities, concerts and events. The August programme the most musical to date…includes live performances by artists such as the saxophonist Alejandro Pugliano, the jazz bands ‘Smooth Jazz Blues’ and ‘More Than Jazz’, or the violinist Clara Saval.

The middle of the summer is also the peak of the summer. With the arrival of August, for most of us, the holidays begin, a time when we continually look for special places where we can enjoy all the experiences we treasure during the rest of the year. That is precisely what O-B Rooftop by Orobianco offers, the rooftop terrace of the Orobianco restaurant (1*), which boasts one of the most impressive panoramic views of the Costa Blanca. In this evocative space you can enjoy an informal but quality gastronomic choice, signature cocktails and, of course, an extensive programme of activities to seal the longest evenings of the year.

While June began with a visit from the prestigious barman Sargis Kocharyan, from Citrus Cocktail Bar, and concerts by More than Jazz, Janyssha Lyon and more. In July, the guest was Euforia Coctelería and there was also time for a white party by Sunset Affairs and live performances by Cafelito Flamenco, Aroa Blanco and Alejandro Pugliano.

August, meanwhile, is synonymous with parties, open-air dances and nights that don’t end until the first rays of sunshine bathe the Mediterranean, and this will also be the case at O-B Rooftop by Orobianco, which offers its most musical month. In addition to the usual electronic music by DJ Alex Boishtyan, DJ Guille and DJ Illian, there will be live performances by violinist Clara Saval, saxophonist Alejandro Pugliano and jazz band,  Jazz and Smooth Jazz Blues.

In these hot months, O-B Rooftop by Orobianco will be slightly changing its opening hours, which will be from 7pm to 2am, with the kitchen open from 7pm to 10.30pm. Meanwhile, Orobianco (1*) is open Tuesday and Wednesday for dinner (from 20:00h to 21:30h) and from Thursday to Saturday also at midday (from 13:00h to 14:30h and from 20:00h to 21:30h). Therefore, the next few weeks are the perfect time to dine at the restaurant, tasting one of its exquisite menus and ending the night on the rooftop, enjoying a signature cocktail in the moonlight or a concert that goes on until well into the early hours of the morning.

A plan that can be carried out throughout August and until the end of September, as O-B Rooftop by Orobianco aims to extend the summer season until its last day, offering what is already the most romantic summer on the Costa Blanca.
