#The distribution of stars for the Michelin Guide 2022, which recognises the best restaurants in Spain and Portugal, was announced this week (Tuesday 14 December 2021), at an impressive gala event, held in the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía auditorium in Valencia.
Here are the restaurants of Comunidad Valenciana that received a Michelin star at the gala in 2022:
