Family & Outdoor events: On the 15th of June, located in the Jardines de Viveros, Valencia’s Tomato Fair, (Il Fira de la Tomata Valenciana) is on! The Valencian tomato is known for its exceptional flavour, its nutritional properties and its characteristic pointed shape, which you can learn all about this weekend. On Saturday, from 5:30pm until 9:30pm, in the Viveros Gardens, there will be a total of 12 Valencian tomato stands, organised by the Association of Producers and Marketers of Valencian tomatoes. The iconic IVAM museum has just opened a new exhibition on the 13th of June which will run until the 13th of October. ‘Carolina Caycedo. Land of Friends’ offers an insight into the themes of climate and social justice through drawings, performances, photographs and videos.
