The Terminal Hub (TTH) closes its first year of operation, consolidating its position as one of the most dynamic spaces for innovation and business connection in the Valencian Community. During this period, more than 10,000 people have visited its facilities, participating in more than 350 corporate events that have made the hub a key meeting point for the entrepreneurial and technological ecosystem. Present at the anniversary celebration were its president, Ángela Pérez, and CEO, Quique Calabuig, accompanied by Marta Iranzo, president of EVAP; Isabel Galbis of the Chamber of Commerce; Julián Trigo and Mercedes Frochoso of the Instituto de Empresa (IE); and Sara Castelló of Zubi Group.
Currently, TTH welcomes 475 professionals daily and houses 103 companies, with 85% occupancy and 100% of its private offices fully occupied. More than 30% of its members are international, representing more than 20 different nationalities, reinforcing its global focus. It has also hosted landmark events such as Go Digital, IoT Sparks, Female Startup Leaders, IVEFA, C-Level for Corporates, The Gap In Between, Open House 2025, side events of the Valencia Digital Summit, and private meetings for investment funds and family offices.
“This first year has confirmed that Valencia needed a space like The Terminal Hub, a space that connects talent, innovation, and purpose. We are proud to have contributed to placing our city on the international innovation map,” explained Ángela Pérez, adding: “In just one year, thanks to the efforts of the entire team, we have managed to establish an ecosystem with key players in the business, academic, and technological fields. Now we have much to grow, invest in, and build.”
Looking to the future, ‘The Terminal Hub’ is seeking new spaces to consolidate its model, along with the Driving Change series, which will bring together key players in the ecosystem. It will also launch a meeting club for institutions, organizations, and stakeholders in the innovation, talent, entrepreneurship, technology, and investment sectors, with the aim of promoting training, dissemination, and networking.
“We know that The Terminal Hub needs to continue growing. We want to open the Hub even further to the ecosystem. We firmly believe that what we are building here is for everyone, and we want companies, entrepreneurs, universities, and associations to feel part of this project, contributing and, at the same time, benefiting from the value generated by the project as a whole. All with a clear objective: to leave a legacy for the city and its innovative community,” says Quique Calabuig, CEO of TTH.
During this first year, The Terminal Hub has built an ecosystem with strategic players such as IBM, the Chamber of Commerce Club, IE, EVAP, Zubi Group, CEEI Valencia, Frontier, Foener, and Founderz.
Front, The Terminal Hub’s Mediterranean restaurant, was present at the first anniversary celebration, represented by Ignacio Aliño, who emphasized that they had hosted more than 200 events with 13,111 diners and served more than 23,000 meals at the restaurant. “Honest and friendly Mediterranean cuisine is the best starting point for building a community,” Aliño stated.
“The Terminal Hub has established itself as a strategic partner of Club Cámara Valencia, providing a technological and innovative environment that strengthens our position as a benchmark for top-level business networking in the city,” commented Maria José Mainar, vice president of the Chamber of Commerce. Sandra Deltell, vice president of EVAP (Valencia Association of Businesses and Professionals), commented: “At EVAP, as a forward-looking and cutting-edge business association, we believed we should be in a place where innovation was a priority, and it could be no other than ‘The Terminal Hub’. After a year, the assessment we have is very positive, as we have been able to organize more than 40 activities for our 500 members, as well as launch an artificial intelligence program that has been a milestone for our association.”
Mercedes Frochoso, Regional Director of IE Executive Education, emphasized her satisfaction at having supported TTH in its first year of existence because “we share essential values such as innovation and technology, fostering talent and entrepreneurship, an international vocation, and a commitment to the business ecosystem.” She added: “This alliance allows us not only to be present in a benchmark space, but also to open a new, vibrant location where we can connect with our alumni, active leaders, and those who are transforming the present from the Valencian Community. This first year of collaboration materializes, among other initiatives, with a new edition of the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) in Valencia: a commitment to joint growth, from and for the region. We firmly believe that spaces inspire conversations, and conversations drive decisions. In ‘The Terminal Hub’, we have found a place that fosters both.”
Sara Castelló of Zubi Group emphasized that being part of TTH means “connecting with an ecosystem that shares our vision of transforming major social and environmental challenges through innovation and collaboration,” and emphasized: “Being here means continuing to demonstrate that the future is better built as a community.”
‘FRONT’ presents its 4,500 m² garden and healthy breakfasts at The Terminal Hub
The FRONT restaurant, located on the ground floor of the building, has established itself in this first year as the gastronomic meeting point that unites Mediterranean flavour, innovation, and community.
The big new feature of the season is the creation of a 4,500 m² garden, which will supply all of the group’s restaurants and is being developed alongside a new project that will soon be launched. This garden is the source of the seasonal produce that inspires the new features on FRONT’s menu, with stewed dishes for this fall and winter, such as vegan legumes with tataki, verdinas with mushrooms, and broad beans with vegetables.
During the announcement of the new garden, a healthy brunch was offered with Valencian tomato focaccia, garden vegetable omelette, yogurt with seasonal fruit, and fresh juices; a light, Mediterranean offering, a common feature at the building’s events, with which FRONT adds a touch of wellness and flavour.
Ignacio Aliño, spokesperson for FRONT, stated: “Our future lies in building from this landmark building, with Mediterranean cuisine as our identity and the commitment to being a driving force in Valencia’s business and leisure ecosystem.”
