What’s next? Just like every month, Tu Arrocero presents a special, off-menu rice dish. The year-end special is a small tribute to Christmas and Valencia, with ingredients reminiscent of family paellas enjoyed with long after-dinner conversation. Their ‘Winter Paella’ consists of boneless chicken, green beans, artichokes, and broad beans, a combination that, due to its success, will remain on the online menu at least until the end of artichoke season. On the other hand, the brand is also celebrating reaching 10,000 followers on social media, a milestone that will be accompanied by a surprise in 2026 related to local festivals and childhood nostalgia, details of which will be revealed very soon.
