With their motto “proudly serving since 1989,” Los Gómez serves even harder when you visit their location on Correos during March 1st-19th. This is the deal you’ve been looking for: Torrezno (fried pork rinds) and a double Amstel beer for only €8. With baked and braised deliciousness from the heart of the Mediterranean to the soul of València, you may come for the deals, but you’re sure to stay for the amazing food.

Looking for something more relaxed and reliable for a quick evening out? Look no further then Birlibirloque right on Calle La Paz for your Fallas festivities. For only €29.50 you can enjoy a filling lunch special complete with 3 starters, 1 main course, and a homemade dessert. Options for each course are as follows…

Starters: Ham croquettes with quince, Russian salad with roe, capers, and smoked sardines, and Iberian pork carpaccio with sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, and capers.

Mains: Creamy Valencian rice, beef tenderloin with parmentier and potatoes, grilled sea bass with zucchini and basil tagliatelle, or ratatouille lasagna.

Nuvó

In an amazing location with great views, Nuvó hosts a luxury Fallas experience. Visit their ninth floor restaurant at the Hotel One Shot Puerta Ruzafa for a meal looking out over the city. This year, Nuvó will be hosting afternoon parties on 6 different days throughout Fallas. On both Saturdays (the 7th and the 14th) as well as Monday-Thursday (the 16th through the 19th) of Fallas, find an afternoon party popping up at 16:00 until midnight. With a recently awarded Repsol Sun, 2 Estaciones is going into this Fallas season prepared and tastier than ever. Located in the centre of Ruzafa, the restaurant stands out among other eateries and is sure to impress. While keeping identity, origin, and nature as core values, 2 Estaciones has continued to grow with projects like their Fallas 2026 openings. Visit on the 16th to the 18th of March for lunch or dinner and discover food made into an artistic experience.

Nonna Limone

For the newest of new finds, visit this Italian spot on a corner of Amalfi. Nonna Limone is still reeling from its first couple of months with open doors and preparing for its first Fallas in València. Although this recommendation is of a different cuisine, it holds more than enough European charm. Visit during their breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours for a taste of the east focusing on fresh, seasonal produce. Try handmade pasta with a hint of the Mediterranean touch, and feel the warmth that Nonna Limone is bringing this season.
