This week, ‘The Terminal Hub’ took Valencia by storm with its specialty ‘paella show-cooking’ showcase for Fallas. Communications and culinary professionals alike gathered at the hub’s Marina event space to share a social afternoon with games and good food. Representatives from organizations all throughout Valencia were in attendance creating a business positive and deeply connected space. Guests wore personalized Fallero scarves and received a sticker on arrival. With a bar and space to roam looking out over the marina, ‘The Terminal Hub’ organized an incredible setup.
The showcase was led by chef Juan Torres with help from Dani Felipe Herrero. Over the course of two hours, they produced different ‘Paellas’ in showcase style. Every corner of the event floor was filled with sociable chatter and the mouthwatering smell of spices and fresh ingredients.
Once food was served and spirits were higher than ever, guests were invited to join organized team games with cultural inspiration. From trivia about Valencia, to food, and tradition, everyone was forced to think harder about the city they love and learn more about its deeply ingrained culture.
‘The Terminal Hub’ did an incredible job creating an inviting and social atmosphere. For more than just Paella showcasing, The Hub is a great space for anything from business opportunity to talent and anything in between. Their downtown space on the water is perfect for gatherings of all kind and proved a major success during their Fallas celebration this week.
