‘La Trini’ is an exhibition space for contemporary art located within the complex of the ‘Real Monasterio de la Santísima Trinidad’ in Valencia. The exhibition “Light and Matter” by the Valencian artist Blanco Anyó is being shown until February 3rd . Blanco Anyó was trained at Escuela de Artes Aplicadas y Oficios Artísticos de Valencia, which precedes the actual EASD, Escola d ́Art i Superior de Diseny. Over the last two decades, his professional activity has been linked to art and culture from different perspectives.
In this distinctive exhibition, Blanco Anyó presents us with two concepts of work: In the ‘Landscapes’ series, his works invite us to an encounter with our deep self, through a momentary and pleasant state of hypnosis, generated by sinuosity and infinity of its lines and the capricious landscapes that these generate by reflecting the light.
On the other hand, the ‘Arenas’ series tries to get closer to the same goal pursued by the karesansui, the Japanese dry garden which pursues spiritual serenity through the pleasure of beauty.
“ Light and Matter ” is curated by Lluís Salvador, an artist and cultural agitator with various contemporary art projects going on and can be visited until February 3, 2023 in La Trini, Espai d’Art. This is an exhibition space that, since its opening in September 2020, has welcomed the works of artists such as Azucena González, Helga Grollo, Alex Seguí or Sergio Olmeda, among others.
