‘CAFÉSOY’ EXPANDS IN SPAIN!

Cafésoy is a high-quality coffee supplier with its own roastery in Burriana. The company started 15 years ago outside of Valencia in Alaquás and is expanding to Madrid. The company supplies a diverse variety of coffee and coffee makers. From whole beans to espresso coffees and a decaffeinated lineup made from 100% Arabica coffee, which guarantees a softer, complex, and sweeter taste, sometimes with fruit or chocolate notes.

The company is well established and well-loved in Valencia, serving over 1000 locations in the community.

Cafésoy sources its beans from Kenya, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, or Guatemala. Each bag sold provides the customer with the country of origin, the altitude at which it is grown, the botanical variety, the processing method, and the roast level, all of which directly influence the aroma, body, and final flavor of the cup.

As Cafésoy expanded to the capital, it entered a partnership with the well-known Valencian company Asador 7 de Julio, a beloved local restaurant that serves Basque and Navarrese cuisines, with locations in Madrid, Maises, and Massinissa for over 28 years. The atmosphere is designed to be reminiscent of a calming classic Basque cider house like you would find if you travelled to the north of Spain.

Cafésoy´s expansión is a testament to the brand’s growing success and high quality. But it also is reflective of a growing trend all over Spain regarding the coffee industry and markets. Recently, there has been a much higher demand for high-quality coffees, like Cafésoy having 100% Arabica beans with no cheaper beans like Robustas mixed in.  Another demand in the coffee sector has been for the specialization of coffee establishments. Coffee suppliers and establishments that know every process of the coffee they serve. Cafésoy provides education on coffee, technical service for the machines, and training for employees. A full personalized service for their clients to give customers the most. An optimized experience to enjoy their coffee from a warm, delicious cup sourced from high-quality beans, made with care, and served with expertise.

“The fact that our coffee can be enjoyed in Madrid, and in partnership with Asador 7 de Julio, is a source of pride for all of us and the best example that we are on the right track with hard work and perseverance,” explains Sebas Furino, head of the sales department at Cafesoy.

Founded in 2011 in Alaquàs, outside of Valencia Cafesoy was established with the aim of providing specialized service to the hospitality sector, including cafes, bars, and restaurants, as well as large buildings such as funeral homes and hospitals. Because the company opened its own roastery in Burriana, they have the ability to specialize each product for a variety of clientele…because everyone deserves a cup of coffee tailored to their tastes and needs.

Cafésoy stands apart in the coffee business with its family-friendly and approachable model. The company focuses on providing goods and services tailored to individual clients. It’s no wonder so many beloved Valencian businesses chose the experts at Cafésoy for their coffee.

Coffee is an essential part of Spanish life and culture. An espresso after a meal or a café con leche in the morning are part of the routines here. And Cafésoy does coffee the right way.
