RYUKISHIN OPENS ITS SECOND RESTAURANT IN VALENCIA WITH A FUTURISTIC LOCATION!

The Japanese ramen restaurant opens on Avenida Cortes Valencianas and presents new menu features. Ryukishin continues its expansion throughout the city. This is the second location the company has opened in Valencia with the aim of bringing ramen to the wider community. This time, the chosen location is Avenida Cortes Valencianas. The new Japanese restaurant is located at number 30, offering a unique and distinctive atmosphere dominated by neon lights, bright colors, and a vibrant atmosphere.

This new space not only expands Ryukishin’s presence in the city—which already has a restaurant in the Cánovas area—but also redefines its aesthetic and gastronomic offering through a futuristic style and an original menu featuring ramen. “We aim for each location of the brand to be distinct and with its own unique signature,” explains Dan Shen Yan, one of the project leaders. That’s why Ryukishin Cortes Valencianas is so marked by the cyberpunk style, with vibrant lighting and an atmosphere that transports guests to a Japanese city of the future. The restaurant is divided into two floors and has a capacity for up to 70 diners.

Futuristic, but authentic

The new Ryukishin’s image doesn’t mean the menu is far from traditional. “When it comes to the recipe book, we like to respect authenticity,” adds Dan. All of the brand’s restaurants share a core menu, but each incorporates exclusive recipes that vary seasonally, offering a unique experience at each establishment. Among the most notable new offerings of the recent opening: Infierno ramen, designed for true spicy food lovers. Dishes such as…

🥢 The Steak ramen, prepared with a juicy entrecote.

🥢 The Tori Paitan ramen, sparkling with braised chicken.

🥢 And the Oxtail ramen, with a deep, slow-cooked broth.

All with handmade noodles, served alongside a variety of broths brewed over hours. The menu is complemented by starters, rice dishes, pastas, and desserts. Some of the most popular: gyozas—available with cheddar cheese, vegetables, and chicken—takoyaki, a dish consisting of five wheat flour-based balls and octopus, and meat maki, pancake rolls filled with teppanyaki (grilled) meat. The sweet touch is provided by the homemade banoffee pie or the matcha tea tiramisu with almond milk.

What’s next

According to Dan Shen Yan, the initial brand idea hasn’t changed. In fact, the main objective of this new opening, beyond expanding the world of ramen, was to expand into other sectors. Because Ryukishin isn’t just about gastronomy; it’s also synonymous with leisure and culture.

Since opening their first establishment in Valencia, in the Cánovas area, in 2016, the brand has stood out for its culinary philosophy and its menu focused on different types of homemade ramen. This successful formula has led them to gradually expand throughout the region. Their latest opening was earlier this year in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where they launched their brand with the aim of establishing a new way of enjoying Japanese cuisine. This expansion will continue in other parts of the peninsula and islands in the medium and long term.

However, the future has never been closer than at Ryukishin Cortes Valencianas. A journey through time and distance to discover a science-fiction, yet authentic, Japan.
