24/7 Valencia: Could you tell us more about the free talk at ‘Spine Temple’?

Johnny Wehbe of ‘Spine Temple’: It’s been a whirlwind start to life at Spine Temple Valencia! Since touching down at the end of August, I’ve been busy getting my children set up at their new school, organizing my visa and registration, and of course, getting to grips with a new culture and language! Valencia is so different from anything I’ve experienced before. Like anything, there are positives and negatives, but I must say, the positives far outweigh the negatives here. The overall vibe is one of calm. People here seem to live by the philosophy of enjoying life first and worrying later—a trait I’m learning to love! ‘Spine Temple’ finally opened its doors in the second week of October, and I’m delighted to share that I already have practice members coming through the doors. I’m indebted to Enrique from the European Spinology Tutorium for his help in getting me set up, and it’s an even greater privilege to share such a wonderful working space with him and his wife, Pepa, at the Centros de Spinología in Mestalla.

I’ve decided to run my first talk and information evening about Spinology on Thursday, the 24th of October at 19:30h in our offices in Mestalla, Valencia. During the talk, we will discuss all things Spinology:

What is Spinology?
Where did it originate from?
How can it help you and your family?
How does it impact both everyday life and performance under stress?
How does it enhance your vitality and human performance?

I’m learning so much about the Spanish people, particularly the Valencians. So far, I’ve been met with nothing but love and patience, for which I feel truly grateful. I can’t wait to give back and enhance the power within, here at Spine Temple.
