The Terminal Hub proposes an expansion of its proven, successful model with an investment of nearly €3 million and a 30-year concession. The Port Authority of Valencia has been considering several proposals for a new use for the Victory Challenge base at the Marina for several days. Among these, Victory by TTH, a project that emerges as the natural evolution for the growth of The Terminal Hub, a benchmark space for innovation and entrepreneurship, in its commitment to continue hosting leading business projects at both national and international levels, has also been submitted on time and in a timely manner.
The initiative contemplates an investment of nearly €3 million in the renovation and proposes a 30-year concession period, reinforcing its long-term commitment to helping consolidate ‘La Marina’ as the most important innovation district in our city. The proposal also includes a financial offer that, depending on the progress of the project, could increase the total contribution to the city of Valencia to up to €300,000 per year.
The presentation of ‘Victory by TTH’ seeks to reinforce the shared vision of Valencia City Council and the Port Authority of transforming the Marina into a technological hub and an economic and social driving force, and therefore not just a typical business project. The Terminal Hub does not have enough space to accommodate the growing demand from leading international companies seeking to establish themselves in Valencia. In just one year of operation, it has consolidated a community made up of corporations such as IBM, the Chamber of Commerce, universities, investment funds, and startups from around the world.
The project is based on a proven successful model, The Terminal Hub, whose mission is to ensure that all companies and their hubbers are aligned with the four strategic pillars: technology, innovation, investment, and talent. These pillars ensure that each member contributes to a high-value ecosystem, where connections generate real synergies and allow projects to scale and strengthen.
Victory by TTH seeks to reinforce the shared vision of Valencia City Council and the Port Authority of transforming the Marina into a technological hub and an economic and social driving force. Its strategic objectives include: Expanding the attraction of international talent and technology companies; Specializing in forward-looking sectors such as sustainability, smart mobility, artificial intelligence, the blue economy, and clean energy; Being a meeting point for universities, businesses, and investors; and, above all, consolidating Valencia as the Mediterranean capital of innovation.
“We are very excited about the possibility of contributing to the future of the Marina and have worked intensively this summer to present a solid proposal with a long-term vision,” explains Francesc Pons, director of The Terminal Hub, adding: “We trust that the Port Authority will consider the various alternatives for their potential to integrate into the technology and innovation hub we are promoting in Valencia. Proven models like TTH can help consolidate this benchmark ecosystem for the city and its surrounding areas.”
