The prestigious business school returns, after 7 years of absence, with The Terminal Hub and the Advanced Management Program (AMP). Its return will have a positive impact on the careers of senior executives and aims to generate value for Valencian companies. IE Business School, one of the world’s most prestigious business schools, returns to Valencia on 27 February with its Advanced Management Program (AMP). IE Business School has offices in Madrid and Barcelona in Spain and decided to leave Valencia in 2018, but now returns with a programme that will be held in person at The Terminal Hub, the technology hub in the Valencia Marina that was inaugurated last October to connect innovation agents and was designed taking in the best business centres in the world as a reference.
The interest of IE alumni and the training needs identified in local and international companies have motivated the launch of this edition in Valencia, where The Terminal Hub is positioned as a strategic partner, sharing the values of excellence, innovation and commitment to the development of talent. The agreement between the two seeks to generate value for Valencian companies.
“We are delighted with the alliance established with IE Business School, which allows us to pool and make the most of the strengths of each entity. The Terminal Hub is a space conceived as a catalyst for innovation and talent development and we are confident that this collaboration will mark a milestone in the training of senior business management in our region,” said Quique Calabuig, CEO of The Terminal Hub.
Julian Trigo, Director of Corporate Development at IE Business School, commented that “the agreement with The Terminal Hub allows us not only to bring a benchmark programme like the AMP to Valencia, but also to create a space where senior management can learn and develop new skills in an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration”.
The collaboration established between the two entities also includes alumni meetings, as well as the programming of master classes that will be given weekly by IE’s renowned business specialists. These conferences, which will be face-to-face and open, will be aimed at the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Marina de Valencia, seeking to broaden and enrich the tools and perspectives that allow our leaders to overcome the challenges of the current environment.
Raúl Mir, Iker Marcaide, Isabel Úbeda, Quique Calabuig, Ángela Pérez and Ricardo Orts are the partners and creators of The Terminal Hub and Deborah Norbis, Juanvi Aguas, Paloma Mas, Laura Gorrea, Quique Calabuig and Ángela Pérez form the management team.
