Today, Thursday, March 19th, MS OBAMA’s new single, “2C-B,” will be released. It’s the second preview of the new artistic phase that the Valencian artist, raised in London and now based in Barcelona, ​​has recently begun.

Following ‘Roller Coaster’, MS OBAMA continues to explore a rawer, more performative, and provocative sonic universe, and in “2C-B” he delves deep into the aesthetics of club and rave culture with a dark, visceral, and highly magnetic track. Conceptually, “2C-B” functions as a satire on the self-mythologizing of nightlife. From an exaggerated and dominant alter ego, MS OBAMA takes the imagery of clubbing, luxury, and excess to the extreme, questioning how pleasure, consumption, and social validation intertwine in the nightlife ecosystem. “I wanted to push that imagery to the extreme to show how grotesque and empty it can be when desire becomes a business,” explains the artist.
