The Valencian Cava Fair returns to the city showcasing the finest sparkling wines this November. Taking place at the Mercado de Colón, the 9th edition of the fair invites everyone to enjoy the delicious wines from 7 wineries from the Requena Cava Producers Association: Coviñas, Chozas Carrascal, Dominio de la Vega, Hispano Swiss, Cavas Marevia, Pago de Tharsys, and Torre Oria. The gastronomic aspect will be enriched by several stalls at the Colón Market, including Ma Khin Café, Suc de Lluna, Cervezas del Mercado, Martin&Mary, Mi Cub, Manglano, and Pantalán 5, each offering a delightful culinary experience that complements the exquisite Requena cavas.

The event will be held on Friday the 17th from 7.00 PM to 10.00 PM; Saturday the 18th from 12.00 PM to 3.00 PM and from 7.00 PM to 10.00 PM; and Sunday the 19th from 12.00 PM to 3.00 PM. This year, the event introduces a ticket system with two options. The 15 euro single ticket includes two servings of aged cava, two of premium cava, one gastronomic treat, and a silk-screened glass as a souvenir. The 25 euro duo ticket, designed for sharing, features three servings of cava, three of premium cava, two gastronomic delights, and two screen-printed glasses. Additional cava-tasting tickets can be obtained without the need for an extra glass purchase.
