LOCO CLUB: The project  ‘CLAP YOUR HANDS SAY YEAH’ fronted by Alec Ounsworth has been a very disitnctive indie-rock band since the release in 2005 of their eponymous album. Now he presents “New Fragility”, a more personal project in which Ounsworth combines American political reality with a more intimate touch based on his own and the band’s experiences.
