‘SLVJ’  Valencia is a vibrant, quirky restaurant just a stone’s throw away from Plaza del Ayuntamiento. With a menu that fuses Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine; the restaurant is known for the gastronomic creativity of head chef, Fermin Azkue. With an extensive selection of cocktails, sparklers on champagne and masked waiters dancing to disco music, SLVJ combines gastronomy with positive energies bringing their diners closer to their simple vision: eat well and have a good time.

SLVJ’s decor adds to the vibrancy of the place with plush velvet loungers, floral-patterned furniture and a huge blue rhino presiding over the tables. If you’re looking for a place to spend a special occasion, look no further than Salvaje. Every half an hour or so, the restaurant erupts into a party with loud music and dancers in elaborate costumes. Guests wave their napkins above their heads singing and dancing along. The hugely infectious fun and energetic atmosphere render this place the perfect spot for celebrations. If you’re looking for a chilled meal out, this isn’t the place for you. The clue is in the name, this is truly a wild night…

Some menu highlights include tuna tataki, grilled and glazed lamb shank, lobster dumplings and the Wagyu short loin, all served with exquisite presentation. Celebrate in style at SLVJ!
