Located on the way up to the castle of Xàtiva (Valencia), this iconic hotel boasts a very privileged enclave, allowing guests to immerse themselves in history and go back to the 13th century. Carlos Beltrán, from Seville, is in charge of the restaurant’s kitchen, which serves both guests and external diners.
History, gastronomy and nature come together at the Hotel Montsant, a unique refuge in an absolutely privileged setting within the Valencian Community, not only for its natural richness, but also for its numerous vestiges of other eras. Located on the ascent to the Castle of Xàtiva (Valencia), the iconic space comes to redefine luxury through authenticity, beauty and commitment to the area.
Thus, the Hotel Montsant becomes an idyllic place to spend a few days this Easter, as it offers relaxation to the guests, but at the same time, a wide range of activities for the surrounding area, cultural attractions and different types of rooms, some of which have a private swimming pool.
Heir to a historical past, Montsant opens a new stage, more connected to the present and the current way of travelling, without renouncing its essence. “We are in a very privileged place to disconnect and escape from the noise of the city. Coming here is like entering another dimension”, says Cristina Aznar, director of the hotel. As she confirms, they have guests from all over Spain, and even from abroad, who come in search of this bright, Mediterranean setting.
In fact, as soon as you arrive at the hotel, located in the mountains, you can feel the peace in the chirping of the birds. The rooms, moreover, are perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings, so that each room offers its own particularities
In total, Montsant has 25 rooms, classified according to their location within the complex. Some of them even have a private outdoor swimming pool, such as the Muralla and Junior Suite rooms. Others, such as the Cabaña rooms, allow you to immerse yourself in nature without giving up all the comforts. They also offer a special feature: pets are allowed in these rooms, of which there are nine in total.
