INTRODUCING: THE LOBBY

‘The Terminal Hub’ opens a new collaborative space open to those outside the Hub’s community. The Terminal Hub in Valencia is a major technology and innovation centre in Valencia. It is a diverse community of over 500 professionals, connected by the space they share. The building has private offices, event spaces, and coworking spaces available to rent, but recently, the Terminal Hub has opened a new space at the entrance of the Hub designed for anyone, especially those outside of the community, looking to connect. This new space? The Lobby.

The Lobby is designed so that individuals and companies can connect with an international community of startups, companies, investors, institutions, and professionals from different sectors. This new space was created to encourage networking with external professionals, especially at the bright and beautiful The Lobby: Work & Coffee at the gateway of the Hub.

The Lobby offers high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable spaces for working on laptops, whether you are visiting Valencia for just a few days and looking to get some work done, or if it is a more long-term remote work situation, the Lobby is a great space designed for creativity, focus, and working.

Located on the Marina in Valencia with water right outside the Hub, the building is stunning inside and out. The building is filled with natural light from the windows, and art comes to life on a new interactive art installation displayed on a giant vertical screen. Using motion-recognition sensors, users will not only be spectators but will also be able to interact directly with the artwork and transform the visual environment with their own gestures in real time.

How does the Terminal Hub create such a space?

The environment was created intentionally to foster meaningful connections of real people and ideas with all of the resources to help creativity thrive. Through the collaborative effort of the “Hubbers”: from major corporations such as IBM, the Chamber of Commerce, IE Business School, and Zubi Labs to digital nomads, freelancers, and emerging startups. These “Hubbers” champion a future for Valencia with a global outlook and a beneficial digital economy.

Now, with the Terminal Hub a new space has been created designed so that those outside of the community can benefit from the fostering of ideas, creativity, and technology. Somewhere you can settle down, with a cup of coffee, and have a real opportunity to connect, or simply get some work done while enjoying the architecture at the Marina, a particularly beautiful stop in Valencia.
