Gin Mare, the world’s leading ultra-premium gin, is thrilled to announce its collaboration with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 as the official gin partner and sponsor of the prestigious Art of Hospitality award, which will be announced on the 20th of June. The event will take place in Valencia, a vibrant city known for its cultural diversity. To mark this special occasion, Gin Mare will host guests at the stunning Villa Mare for a two day waterfront experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in exquisite food and drink pairings created by acclaimed chefs and mixologists, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean botanicals that define Gin Mare: basil, rosemary, thyme, and Arbequina olives. The event will take place in Valencia at a “pop-up” on June 18th and 19th on Avenida Mare Nostrum, 8.

The event will showcase exceptional culinary combinations, featuring renowned international restaurants like Atomix from New York, the winner of the 2022 Art of Hospitality award, and Fierro, a Michelin star restaurant here in Valencia, who will serve as the local host. Adding to the experience, Gin Mare cocktails will be expertly crafted by Locale Firenze from Italy, ranked number 39 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022.

The Art of Hospitality:

The Art of Hospitality Award is a special recognition of excellence within the dining experience, which emphasises the importance of creating an environment where guests feel truly welcomed and connected to the space. From the initial conception of the menu to the meticulous design and attentive service, every aspect is carefully curated. Villa Mare, with its aim to showcase this artistry, will bring together some of the most talented professionals in the field of hospitality, ensuring an unforgettable and intimate experience.

One of the esteemed collaborators for this event is Atomix, a prestigious restaurant located in Manhattan and the winner of The Art of Hospitality 2022 award. Atomix, led by the dynamic couple JP and Ellia Park, will collaborate with the renowned local restaurant Fierro. Together, they will craft an appetiser menu that draws inspiration from the Mediterranean and incorporates Gin Mare’s signature botanicals. This collaboration will result in a truly unique fusion, combining Atomix’s exciting and personalised dining experience with Fierro’s expertise in presenting fresh and traditional flavours.

This menu, composed of small Mediterranean treats, will be complemented by a selection of Gin Mare cocktails created by Locale Firenze, ranked number 39 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022. This prestigious ranking acknowledges the exceptional quality of drinking establishments worldwide. Villa Mare’s cocktails will showcase Locale Firenze’s signature style and Gin Mare, and will be served alongside seasonal recipes inspired by Mediterranean gin.
