Wolfmother, the embodiment of the “rock and roll dream”, will howl this Sunday, June 18th at the Repvblicca venue in Valencia. Doors will open at 18:30h and the concert will start at 19:30 with guest band S8NT Elektric, London Hudson’s (Slash’s son) band. Last tickets are available at

The Australians, led by Andrew Stockdale, combine the classic rock and roll sound of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple with the influences of more recent and minimalist groups – but with melodies that make entire stadiums sing along – like The White Stripes and The Strokes. A Grammy award-winning feat that highlights their ability to build songs with complex sound constructions and simple melodies; to combine classic riffs with the most modern sounds, and their incredible ability to move through styles as disparate as hard rock, psychedelia, garage and even folk. These strongholds make them heirs to the great stadium bands, as well as a reference for the most current rock and roll. Their songs are often used in films, video game commercials and even in radio programmes such as La Vida Moderna, whose headliner for years was “The joker and the thief”, a single by the Australian band.

They present “Rock out”.

Wolfmother present their sixth album “Rock out” (2021), an ode to the almost forgotten “rock and roll dream” with a sound that takes us back to the great stadium concerts of the 80s. Conceived in the midst of the pandemic, in response to the feelings that the lock-in produced in Stockdale, the album moves from anguish and neurosis to acceptance and self-realisation, and is peppered with British references such as Cream and Deep Purple, among others.

Valencia will be one of Wolfmother’s three dates on their Spanish tour, which will also take them to Santiago de Compostela (16 June) and Madrid (17 June), and will allow their Valencian fans to enjoy them at home and review almost twenty years of their career with them. They are brought by Noise on Tour and the Valencian promoter Hey, Tonight!

S8NT Elektric, Slash’s son’s band

Opening the concert will be S8NT Elektric, a hard rock band from Los Angeles that draws influences from all eras of rock and alternative music, with the aim of renewing rock and roll for new generations. The band consists of drummer London Hudson, son of Slash, Briana Carbajal (vocals), Niko Tsangaris (lead guitar) and Jack Kleinman (bass). While conquering the festival scene, they have toured with Dirty Honey and Mammoth WVH.
