In a unique collaboration, the renowned Paradiso cocktail bar currently ranked as the top establishment in The World’s 50 Best Bars has joined with the gastronomic restaurant Orobianco. Together, they have created an exquisite terrace set against the backdrop of the majestic Peñón de Ifach in Calpe (Valencian Community). This exclusive venue offers a selection of signature cocktails and allows visitors to immerse themselves in the vibrant ambience of the Costa Blanca.

The top-ranked bar in the world, as recognized by the esteemed ‘The World’s 50 Best Bars’ ranking, has arrived in Calpe (Alicante) to offer exclusive cocktail creations by bartender Giacomo Giannotti. This experience takes place on the rooftop of the Orobianco restaurant, providing a stunning view of the Mediterranean coast.

O-B La Coctelería de Orobianco by Paradiso opens its doors from the last week of June. The public will be able to stop by every evening this summer from Monday to Sunday from 6.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m, when signature cocktails will be served.

Giacomo Giannotti, founder of Paradiso Barcelona, says:  “From Paradiso Barcelona’s best cocktails, we have brought the freshest and most citric ones. We make them with products from the area of Calpe, Alicante and Valencia,” he explains.”But in the end, the important thing is the customer, who wants to enjoy a quality cocktail with a complete storytelling and proposal around it.”

The head bartender responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cocktail bar will be Raúl Rodríguez. He will skillfully create cocktails infused with fresh, exotic ingredients. One such masterpiece is the famous Kryptonite cocktail. Its unique blend features gin, riboflavin, Shiso leaves, lemongrass, and Sichuan pepper. It is also infused with grapefruit cordial, chocolate bitters, and kaffir lime essential oil. This delightful concoction has earned its reputation as the most Instagrammed cocktail. Another crowd favourite is The Great Gatsby, a mix of whiskey, amaro Ramazzotti, truffle honey, and agave, accentuated with lavender bitters and lavender tobacco, offering a new palate of flavours.

Next Monday, June 26, a private group of food lovers will gather on the rooftop of Orobianco, where O-B La Coctelería by Paradiso will be located from now on. The aim is to enjoy and get to know first-hand all the proposals that Giacomo Giannotti and his team have developed. The visitors will also be immersed in a fun and mysterious group dynamic during which they will have to find out what ‘The Lost Cocktail’ is. One of the most important premises of this new project, which has a menu flavoured with umami, citrus and smoked aromas, is to transport guests to magical and evocative places that can only be found on the Mediterranean coast.
