Executives from the Chamber of Commerce, Foener, Zubi, Evap, Founderz, and Cross Legal join forces to offer yoga, training, guided meditation, and a healthy gastronomic offering. The Terminal Hub launches its wellness initiatives with a functional training session, yoga, and guided meditation with Iñaki Sevillano, followed by a healthy gastronomic offering at Front to recharge. Starting in September 2025, wellness activities will continue, as technology, innovation, talent, investment, and well-being are the five pillars of this international space, home to innovation in Valencia.
And what will these “healthy” activities be? Well, there will be everything: functional training, water sports, running, and healthy gastronomic events, with talks and cooking shows. All open to the Valencia Marina, so that not only will it be a million square metres of vibrant and innovative space, but it will also be undertaken with a focus on health. As Juvenal said in the first century AD: “Mens sana in corpore sano.” And it seems that today, 20 centuries later, it’s already embedded in our DNA.
Iñaki Sevillano, who led the session, is a fitness trainer, former elite rugby player, multi-talented sportsman, and entrepreneur. With a degree in Sports Science, he specializes in high performance, rehabilitation, and recovery. He has worked with figures from La Liga and Paralympic athletes, and now works with employees from the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, Foener, Zubi, Eric, EVAP, Founderz, and Cross Legal, who have also benefited from his excellence. Also leading the session were yoga instructor Sara Císcar and trainer Jorge Ferrer.
This initiative was born with the aim of taking a step forward in The Terminal Hub’s commitment to energizing an innovative ecosystem and inspiring, connecting, and creating a community around major challenges, including the physical and emotional well-being of business leaders.
FRONT joins the healthy movement with Mediterranean and tropical flavours
Front, The Terminal Hub’s gastronomic space, demonstrates that well-being can also be savoured, and that the experience wouldn’t be complete without a light, natural, and delicious recovery snack, overlooking the sea and with your mind already reset.
This healthy gastronomic experience was created by Fillipe Suárez, a juice and smoothie specialist at Front, who brings a culture of connection with nature from Rio de Janeiro. For this event, he prepared two cold-pressed juices: Energy Boost, a balanced blend of carrot, orange, lemon, and mint, and detox water infused with citrus fruits and fresh herbs.
The gastronomic offering is rounded out with Greek yoghurt with homemade granola, seasonal fruit skewers, and a multigrain croissant served with artisanal butter. And all of these offerings remain on the menu, so you can enjoy them all week long.
