One of the most relevant milestones of the ecosystem is the presence in The Terminal Hub of IBM’s Digital Sales Center, reinforcing the space’s positioning as a strategic enclave for global companies and international talent. The arrival and consolidation of this type of international project confirms the capacity of Valencia and The Terminal Hub to compete with other European innovation and talent attraction hubs. The growth of ‘The Terminal Hub’ occurs in a context that is especially favourable for the city. Valencia has been recognized as one of the best cities in the world to live in by ‘Forbes’, which has published the ‘Inter Nations’ ranking, the largest global community of expatriates. In addition, ‘The New York Times’ has featured reports on the subject in the last 5 years and Monocle, the top international magazine, has also highlighted Valencia. The latest to join this trend of recommending the city was ‘The Sun’ for its quality of life, safety, climate, cultural offerings and balance between personal and professional life.
