##More than 24,000 spectators streamed the first two sets of the Les Arts (Valencia) online opera
– Beethoven’s ‘Fidelio’, will be performed here on April 20, at 8 pm
– Les Arts will continue the cycle ‘Opera from home’ until the 30th of April
The website of the Palau de les Arts (Valencia) has registered a total of 24,613 spectators in the first two weeks of the ‘Ópera desde casa’ cycle, which allows you to enjoy some of the most emblematic productions in the history of the theatre in a free and easy way.
Wagner’s ‘La Valquiria’, with 5,009 performances, and Puccini’s ‘La Bohème’, with 4,090 spectators, are the most successful productions. The audience, mainly Spanish, also included a significant presence from Spanish-speaking countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Chile.
In this sense, the 290 views of Mexico regarding ‘El oro del Rin’ and the following of countries such as Italy, Germany and the United States of ‘La Bohème’ should be highlighted. Les Arts reminds you that each work has been available to be reproduced in a free and clear way for a period of 48 hours.
Les Arts will show this coming April 20th at 8pm the work ‘Fidelio’, by Beethoven, with which the collaboration with Unitel GmbH & Co.KG for the emission of the recordings that the arts centre will co-produce with the German record company ends. In this sense, Les Arts announces that it will extend the cycle of ‘Opera from Home’ until the 30th of April with titles such as ‘Lucrezia Borgia’ by Donizetti, ‘Le cinesi’ by Gluck and ‘Il corsaro’ by Verdi.
