Roberto Furchi and Andrea Sblano are two Argentinians who came to Valencia with an idea to establish an Argentine restaurant in Valencia and ‘Mila’ has been successfully running for a year and a half now.  They wanted to create a different space around the recipes of Argentina, with real character and still very Argentinean at the same time. And that is where they decided to take pride in and showcase their dishes, starting with the ‘mila’ or milanesa, the star of the crown. Throughout the whole process they have been accompanied by Tándem Gastronomic, the consultancy service of the Argentinian chefs Germán Carrizo and Carito Lourenço. This not only gives them a plus of quality, but also a deep knowledge of the diners who lives in the city of Valencia. It is clear that Mila came here to be authentic.
