FUSION OF ANDALUSIAN AND VALENCIAN GASTRONOMY AND LIVE FLAMENCO AT ‘NOU RACÓ’ (AUGUST 21)

##The restaurant ‘Nou Racó’ again joins culture and gastronomy in a unique ‘theme night’ in one of the most beautiful places in Valencia, the natural park of the Albufera.

Next Saturday, August 21 there will be a “flamenco night” in which you can taste a fusion menu prepared with the best recipes and ingredients of both cuisines, Valencian and Andalusian. You can enjoy a flamenco show formed by the most prominent artists of the current flamenco scene…and all on the shores of the lake!

This unique evening will begin with a welcome drink accompanied by homemade snacks, to witness the most beautiful sunset in the region. Then, to whet your appetite, prawn tartar on watermelon gazpacho and crunchy almonds; patatas with tuna belly, spring onion and sherry vinaigrette; and fried anchovies with citrus mayonnaise. The main courses are corvina (sea bass) in Andalusian marinade with picual oil caviar and charcoal-grilled Iberian pork with acorn-fed ham sauce. And to finish and refresh, a special rebujito sorbet.

Once dinner is over, all attention will be focused on the flamenco group formed by Tomás de los Cariños (vocals), Juan de Pilar (guitar), Yessica Sánchez (dance) and Ángel Carrero (percussion), to enjoy the singing, dancing and guitar playing in a unique setting…a memorable evening awaits!

As ‘Nou Racó’ tells us: “A unique and perfect opportunity that combines all the necessary ingredients to turn an August night into a sensory, magical and unforgettable experience.”
