MAHOU LIGHTS UP THE FALLAS WITH A TRIBUTE TO VALENCIAN MUSIC!

The brand promotes a song that highlights the value of Valencian music and musicians, highlighting their essential role as the soul of the region’s culture and traditions. Part of the royalties obtained from the reproductions of the song during 2025 will be donated to support the musical societies affected by the DANA. The Casal Viveros Mahou returns to Valencia to offer a Five Star experience packed with music, gastronomy and entertainment This year, the Fallas of Valencia will feature an unprecedented tribute to its musical richness thanks to Mahou Cinco Estrellas. Under the slogan ‘Music lights up the Fallas’, the brand celebrates music as the essence of culture, tradition and the union of Valencians during their most emblematic festivities. Through a campaign full of initiatives that exalt the city’s musical talent, Mahou reaffirms its commitment to Valencia, inviting the public to enjoy five-star experiences to experience the Fallas with all the senses.

Music, the heart of Las Fallas

Las Fallas would not be Fallas without music, the key ingredient that gives life and emotion to this unique festival. Valencia, the city with the most musicians per square metre in Spain and with more musical societies than municipalities, deserves a tribute to match. That is why, this year, Mahou has put music at the centre of its campaign, highlighting it as the soul of the celebration. And it does so through its musicians, who have created a song that captures the essence and grandeur of the Fallas.

With this approach, Mahou pays tribute to the musical tradition of these festivities through actions that celebrate their cultural richness and create unique spaces to connect with the music and enjoy it in all its fullness.

A song of solidarity

Among the highlights of the campaign is the creation of a song produced, orchestrated and arranged by Santero y Los Muchachos, performed together with the Joven Banda Sinfónica de la Federación de Sociedades Musicales de la Comunidad Valenciana, conducted by Carlos Martín and with Manuel Tomás as recording engineer. The voice of the artist Travis Birds will add a special dimension, broadening the scope and emotionality of this musical tribute.

This piece, which will be officially presented live at a very special event in the last week of February, not only seeks to celebrate Valencian music, but also has a strong commitment to solidarity: the royalties generated by listening on digital platforms during 2025 will go to support music societies affected by the DANA. This action adds to the brand’s social commitment, reflected in previous initiatives such as the collection of €99,000 at the Vibra Mahou Fest Madrid, the donation of more than €40,000 to the Red Cross through the Mahou San Miguel Foundation or the delivery of 90,000 litres of water to the victims.

Activations to live the Fallas with Mahou

The ‘La música enciende las Fallas’ campaign will turn Valencia into one big stage with initiatives that will take music to every corner of the city. Various venues will host mini-stages where the public can participate in ‘open microphones’ to pay musical tribute to the Fallas. This proposal will take place in emblematic bars and restaurants, with performances by artists and DJs of different styles. In addition, consumers will also be able to take part in draws to win season tickets for music festivals in the Valencian Community by means of pins included in Mahou bottles.

Casal Viveros Mahou is back

For the fourth consecutive year, from 21 to 23 February, the Casal Viveros Mahou will be an essential meeting point prior to the Fallas. This space will be open to all Valencian men and women, and will offer a five-star programme combining music, local gastronomy and different leisure proposals, consolidating itself as one of the most outstanding proposals in the city in the days leading up to Fallas.

With this campaign, Mahou Cinco Estrellas reaffirms its commitment to Valencia, paying tribute to music as the cultural and emotional engine of Fallas. A tribute that unites people around one of the city’s most deeply-rooted traditions and invites everyone to live a unique experience.
