Our concept was born in the city of Miami where we partly grew up and which aims to make a fusion of American food with Latin touches, by which the city of Miami is identified. It is a concept which has been worked on for a long time and we are proud to be able to share this dream in a sunny part of Spain.
Our trademark is really the mixture of Latin and American flavours that will make your senses explode. Our meats are never frozen and are 100% Spanish produce. For starters, we recommend the ‘Floridian Nachos’ that include vegetarian options and very generous portions as well as our ‘Tequeños.’ Our platters include barbecued ‘Miami Fries’ which form part of our new “family menu.”
Our speciality is not really a simple hamburger at all. We have taken care of every detail, from the bread to the sauces that are elaborated by us and are unique and authentic. They have all been created by our team. Amongst our most popular burgers are the classic ‘Americana’ and the ‘Argentina’ with chimichurri & coriander. Our special ribs, cooked for 30 minutes, are tender and tasty too.
We have some really cool cocktails like an authentic ‘Mojito Cubano’ and Gins with exotic fruits like ‘Mango Sensation’ and ’Caribbean Breeze.’ You can also be refreshed with tasty cervezas like Corona and a selection of IPA beers. Miami is one of the most open & international of cities and you’ll find that fusion of styles & beach influences here…”
