‘MIRACLE’: A GLUTEN-FREE INTERNATIONAL MASTERCLASS RESTAURANT IN VALENCIA!

Miracle’s menu combines flavours from across the globe, blending flavors from across the Mediterranean. Owners Hiba and Nazir showcase their Syrian heritage and creativity in their food, making sure to always cater to their guests. Hiba describes their food as “fusion cuisine with a Syrian touch and an extensive international menu.”

Acknowledgments and Awards

‘Miracle’ is the first 100% gluten-free restaurant in the Valencian community to be certified by the Association of Celiacs of the Valencian Community (ACECOVA). It has also received national attention as it has been ranked in the top three gluten free establishments in Spain, each of the last three years. Celiacidad also ranked Miracle as Spain’s top gluten-free restaurant in 2021.
