Once again, ‘VIPS’ has surprised us with its new dishes, and this time it has made us question the very concept of salad. Well, it turns out that marinated beef, mango, noodles or wonton may be in the answer and the result is spectacularly delicious.

The new “Waikiki” salad is an explosion of flavor in every bite worthy of the volcanoes in this area.

Grilled marinated beef strips, mango, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion and cashews on a base of wonton slices, noodles and mixed lettuce with sprouts. Seasoned with a touch of mint, sweet chili sauce and cilantro. Boom!

West Coast flow in fresh bites.

The perfect salad to transport us to the American West Coast is “Los Angeles”: Fresh, balanced, tasty, and with the option to go a little further if you have a daring day. Come on, just like LA.

A combination of fresh avocado, mango, strawberries, goat cheese, feta cheese, cherry tomato, red onion and walnuts, dressed with lime vinaigrette and cilantro on a base of quinoa and mixed lettuce with sprouts. And, served on the side, its special sauce to give it a different twist.

The perfect cheese board in the form of a salad

If cheese is your must-have, the new VIPS “5 Quesos”will take you on a trip through Europe tasting some of its tastiest cheeses: gorgonzola, cheddar, goat, feta and crunchy Great Moravian, which combine perfectly with strawberries, walnuts, carasau crusty bread and lettuce with sprouts, with a mustard and honey vinaigrette dressing that gives it that final touch that rounds off the dish.

A delicious summer dip in the Aegean.

“Santorini” is the salad that transports you straight to the Greek islands. Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, cucumber, red onion and cherry tomato, dressed with herb vinaigrette on a base of romaine lettuce and accompanied by focaccia sticks. Hello, summer.
