Perzon, after winning The Terminal Hub Challenge, manages to join LinkedIn Mexico, Randstad, EASEC, and become a speaker at 4YFN in 2 months. Pezron, the specialized operating system for human resources consultancies that won The Terminal Challenge in November, announces a new stage of growth and consolidation by starting a pilot programme with LinkedIn in Mexico and preparing an upcoming pilot with Randstad, reinforcing its position alongside global players in the sector. In addition, it has been selected to participate in 4YFN 2026 in Barcelona, in recognition of its innovation in the field of human resources consultancies, and has closed a strategic alliance with EASEC – European Accreditation of Soft Skills and Employability Competencies to integrate official evaluations of transversal skills into its platform.
Perzon was the winner of the new mentoring competition to promote talent and lead startups to success at The Terminal Hub. It was last November 19, and 45 projects from entrepreneurs and students with disruptive ideas were submitted to the so-called Terminal Challenge, of which 10 were finalists and, finally, Perzon was the winner for “being the first European operating system for Human Resources that automates and personalizes selection, training and evaluations” as explained by its CEO, Isaias Sharon. For his part, Francesc Pons, director of The Terminal Hub and president of the jury, explained that they chose it for “scalability, product-market fit, metrics and traction, being investable and for the team.” The prize implied global support as it consists of a 12-month stay at The Terminal Hub for two team members and personalized mentoring by experts. In just two months, scalability has already been consolidated.
“Perzon’s growth in recent months demonstrates that when talent finds the right environment, the impact goes much further. At The Terminal Hub we work precisely for that: to create an ecosystem where startups can accelerate, connect and think globally from day one. Seeing how a winning startup of The Terminal Challenge is closing strategic alliances and contracts internationally confirms that betting on community, innovation and collaboration works. It inspires us and reinforces our commitment to continue promoting projects that want to grow without limits,” says Pons regarding Perzon’s spectacular growth.
And after being selected to participate in 4YFN 2026 in Barcelona, one of the leading events in innovation and entrepreneurship internationally and which highlights its technological proposal aimed at transforming the operation of HR consultancies, Perzon has launched version 3 of its platform, incorporating significant improvements in service, automation and advanced analytical capabilities. This new version reinforces its position as a comprehensive SaaS that optimizes process management, increases operational efficiency and facilitates data-driven decision making.
Among the main advances it has carried out, the total automation (100%) of the account registration process stands out, consolidating its model as a completely SaaS and scalable software, prepared to serve clients in different markets without operational friction. Likewise, the company has implemented a new pricing model, more flexible, transparent and competitive, designed to facilitate adoption and growth in various international markets.
In the strategic field, the company has started a pilot programme with LinkedIn in Mexico, aimed at enhancing integration and efficiency in talent acquisition processes. Soon, it will also begin a pilot with Randstad, one of the world’s leading companies in human resources services.
In addition, an alliance has been closed with EASEC – European Accreditation of Soft Skills and Employability Competencies, a European benchmark in official evaluations and certifications of transversal skills. Thanks to this agreement, the platform will incorporate soft skills evaluations directly into its system, providing greater added value to consultancies and end clients through internationally recognized assessment tools.
With these advances, the company reaffirms its commitment to becoming the operating system of reference for human resources consultancies, promoting digitization, efficiency and innovation in the sector. “Being at The Terminal Hub has been an opportunity to continue learning from a vibrant environment, open new conversations that enrich what we are creating and put them into action,” explains Sharon.
