PROMOTING TRADITIONAL GASTRONOMIC CULTURE…’RUTA DE CUCHARA’ UNTIL APRIL 18 ALL OVER VALENCIA COMMUNITY

##24/7 VALENCIA: Could you tell more about this special event taking place in the Valencia Community?

RUTA DE CUCHARA: “With the aim of promoting traditional gastronomic culture and stimulating consumption in the hotel and catering trade, the Valencia Region Hotel and Tourism Confederation (CONHOSTUR), of which Hostelería Valencia is a member, and with the collaboration of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, is organising the “Easter Week Edition of the Spoon Dishes Conference”, with the aim of promoting the range of restaurants in the province of Valencia.

This new edition of the event aims to promote the most traditional Valencian recipes and products, sharing the spotlight for the first time with the sweet dishes typical of Easter. From Thursday 1 April to Sunday 18 April 2021, 27 restaurants from all over the province of Valencia will be offering their customers special menus, with some of the most representative spoon dishes, starters, desserts and wines of their municipalities and of Easter.

In addition, on the event’s website, www.jornadasdecuchara.es, and in the guide you can consult the 27 menus of the event, with their prices and days of validity of the participating restaurants, as well as enjoy the photographs of the dishes that are so representative of the period.

Choose the gastronomic proposal that you like the most and live a unique experience with which to enjoy.”
