Just two months ago, the new and renovated Beluá restaurant opened its doors, moving to a new space to achieve a unique and intimate atmosphere. Today, ‘The Ox Burger’ is born, a gourmet burger joint that will occupy the space left by the restaurant. The best aged meats will continue to be the stars in this new establishment that will delight lovers of the most exclusive, unpretentious burgers.
Flavour, product, and quality.These are the hallmarks of The Ox Burger, a space that seeks to win over customers thanks to burgers that follow the common thread that represents the Beluá Group: “Fire is sacred and meat, a rite.” In fact, this new business, located on the ashes of the old Beluá at Calle Víctor Jara, number 2, in Mislata, will maintain excellence but now applied to the burger format. A novelty that will offer a completely different experience from the restaurant located just a few metres away. The same essence, but with a new face. “The perfect burger is an aspiration of the establishments specializing in this preparation. We cannot promise it. What we do have is the best aged meat on the market, since we produce it ourselves as we have been doing for many years,” explains Víctor Renilla, the visible face of the project in which the entire family that encompasses the gastronomic group is involved.
In Renilla’s words, diners will enjoy “the real burger, with the best meat.” “We avoid fads, trends, or experiments because we have a track record that allows us to offer the best burger with the best product,” he continues. The objective of the new business is not to open a new independent project, but a gastronomic evolution signed by the Beluá Group: “The challenge is not to open just another burger joint. We must convert the gastronomic heritage of Beluá into a new category. In this case, after the evolution of the restaurant, we have created a burger joint with its own identity that is given by the excellence of our meats and our history as a group.”
The gastronomic offer of The Ox Burger will focus on signature burgers; in fact, it was the group’s own chefs who created the different proposals to later pass an exhaustive filter that ended up leading to the final menu in which the burgers are the central axis along with the most recognizable complements.
