Marking the occasion of the foundation of Levante UD, García Nieves and Bens, with the encyclopedic ‘Historias del Levante UD’, have written an impressive selection of the 40 most emotional episodes and characters in the history of the oldest club in Valencia football.

FELIP BENS (El Cabanyal, Valencia, 1969) is a journalist, researcher and writer. He is the author of novels and books of stories and tales such as El caso Forlati, Dones e altri and Valencia al mar. He has also been co-author of research works such as Historia del Llevant UD, Houses from El Cabanyal and La cocina del Cabanyal. He writes weekly in the newspaper Levante-El Mercantil Valenciano and is a member of the Editorial Board of the magazine Lletraferit.

JOSÉ LUIS GARCÍA NIEVES (Moncada, 1983) is a journalist from Levante-El Mercantil Valenciano, co-author of Historia del Llevant UD (2011) and coordinator of other books such as La gesta del segle (2010), Som de Primera (2011) and El sueño europeo (2012).
