HIKING IN VALENCIA REGION…THE MONTGÓ MOUNTAIN (SATURDAY…MAY 8th)

Ready to explore the mountain of Montgó? In 1987, the mountain and its surroundings were declared a natural park due to its breathtaking flora and fauna. At its 753 metres of altitude, the mountain provides a habitat for more than 650 species of plants. In addition, there are some amazing animals to observe. You will get to see incredibly beautiful views and you will also be able to look over the sea! Montgó is located in the province of Alicante and we will pass through a national park of 2117,68 hectares in which you can enjoy a lot of stunning nature. You can even look for some caves and tunnels throughout the hike, which were used by the Romans and Moors.
