WAYCO CABANYAL IS SPECIAL!

WayCO Cabanyal: the coworking concept taken to its maximum exponent in València. WayCO has consolidated its position as the benchmark operator in the coworking sector in Valencia with the opening of its third space in the heart of the Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighbourhood. A total of 2,800 m2 spread over 5 floors with 250 fixed, flexible and private spaces for companies are the figures that best define this new coworking space. However, that is only a small part of what wayCO Cabanyal has to offer.

Every corner of this new coworking space is designed with the aim of creating a unique experience for the professionals who carry out their activity from  C/ Mariano Cuber 17. For example, if we look at the top of the building, it is crowned by an extensive rooftop with 300 m2 in the open air and 200 m2 of covered area with different rooms and a cafeteria and restaurant area.

From this fourth floor of the building you can enjoy views of the port area and the neighbourhood while holding a meeting, get-together or corporate event. The perfect balance between work and relaxation that will allow you to leave the traditional meeting rooms behind. In fact, the versatility of the rooftop allows for a variety of events ranging from presentations and private meetings to working breakfasts, cocktails on the terrace and paella showcookings. What’s more, the company offers a terrace pass for professionals from outside the coworking space who want to work from the rooftop while enjoying a drink in the cafeteria.

“Because of its services, design and spectacularity, this open-air space aims to leave an indelible mark on the people who attend any of the events that take place there”, explains wayCO’s director, Nacho Cambralla. Of course, the spaces designed for the generation and dynamisation of community in wayCO Cabanyal do not end here. This rooftop complements the rest of the rooms that the new coworking centre has, which are also dedicated to holding events and activities.

Being wayCO, the location is another of the key points of its coworkings. The main reason for opening its third coworking centre in the Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighbourhood was its proximity to the port of Valencia, the current nerve centre of technology and innovation in the city. Moreover, another of the great advantages of this location is its proximity to university areas to facilitate the attraction of talent by companies.

Something similar occurs with its other two centres: Ruzafa and Abastos. Both are located in strategic points within the city, very close to the centre and where part of the economic activity of Valencia takes place. The transformation of emblematic spaces is another of wayCO’s hallmarks and another point in common between its three coworkings.

Related to the care for the environment, the correct communication of the spaces with public transport is key. What’s more, all of them have secure parking for bicycles and scooters. All of this, with the aim of facilitating the mobility of its more than 400 coworkers.

Among all the professionals working from wayCO, half of them work for foreign companies from countries such as the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany. These companies have come to València attracted by its strategic position, its good communications or the world studies that place it as a reference city to live in.

València and, in particular, the wayCO spaces are a winning option for all those professionals looking to work in inspiring, central locations that energise the neighbourhood.
